Workmanship Warranty

Canadeck is one of the Greater Vancouver Area's most reliable custom deck builders.  We are confident of our workmanship and guarantee that every product we build will stand up to the test of time.  All decks built by Canadeck come with a 3 Year Warranty on Workmanship. 

What is covered under our 3-Year Warranty
  • Structural integrity of the deck, including framing and support.
  • Proper installation of deck boards, rails, and stairs.
  • Alignment and stability of the deck structure.
  • Secure attachment of all hardware and fasteners.

Material Warranty

We work with trusted suppliers providing high-quality decking materials. The materials we use are typically covered by the supplier’s warranty. The length and specific coverage of these warranties vary by supplier and material type.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty is designed to protect you against defects in our workmanship and materials; however, it does not cover damage caused by external factors or regular wear and tear. This includes:

  • Damage from natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or accidents.
  • Regular wear and tear, including fading and minor surface scratches.
  • Any modifications or repairs made by someone other than a Canadeck representative.
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance or misuse of the deck.
